Zodiac Mural & Artwork
July 2017

At the Rhode Island Jewish Museum, you can view a number of breath-taking murals and intricate paper-cut artwork created by Samuel Shore, the first president of Congregation Sons of Jacob.

At the Doors Open RI event in 2017, we were also fortunate to learn that Charlie Fishbein, owner of The Coffee Exchange on Wickenden Street, is a descendant of Samuel Shore and was in possession of rare remaining pieces of his artwork matching the designs from the synagogue.
